Welcome to Yoked, a service provided by RAINDROP LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Our app, accessible via https://yoked.club (the "Service"), offers you access to our AI body scanner rating technology and body progress tracking features.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Credit System and License

2.1 Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our platform and are used to access our features and services. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Credit Usage
Each feature or service within the platform costs a specified number of credits
Credits are deducted from your account upon use of features
Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
Credit prices and feature costs may be adjusted with prior notice

2.3 License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service's features according to your available credit balance. This license is subject to these Terms and your continued compliance with them.

2.4 Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any part of it. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

Credit Purchases and Refunds

3.1 Credit Packages
Credits can be purchased in predetermined packages through our platform. The price per credit may vary based on the package size.

3.2 Refunds
Credit purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used. Partially used credit packages are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, please contact us at help@yoked.club.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RAINDROP LLC and its licensors.

Credit Policies

8.1 Credit Usage and Validity

Credits have no expiration date
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and credits

8.2 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify credit costs for features. Any credits purchased prior to such changes will be honored at their original value.
